The
superstar ‘nawabi’ couple, fondly called ‘Saifeena’ had reams of print and
hours of television coverage devoted to their five years long courtship before
they tied knot on Oct. 16. Kareena fell for Saif when he proposed to her on the
sets of Vishal Bhardwaj’s Omkara in 2005. Disturbed from her troubled previous
relationship with young Shahid Kapoor, Kareena found solace in the company of a
more ‘mature’ Saif. The wedding was a five-day extravaganza and the reception
was graced by several B-town personalities like Shahrukh Khan and his wife
Gauri, Ranbir Kapoor, Malaika Arora Khan, Amrita Arora and designer Manish

The next grand Bollywood wedding of 2012 took place with
Genelia and Riteish Deshmukh saying 'I do' on February 3. One of the most famous
new faces in the bollywood- Genelia, met Ritesh- the son of Congress minister Vilasrao, for the first time on the sets of "Tujhe Meri Kasam" and
dated for almost eight years before solemnizing their relationship in both Maharashtrian
and Christian style wedding. The fabulous wedding celebration was attended by
who's who from all walks of life.

! The gorgeous and versatile Vidya Balan finally got hitched to the UTV CEO -Siddharth
Roy on 14th Dec after a hush hush affair of nearly an year. The duo reportedly
started dating after meeting on the sets of the 2011 blockbuster "No one
Killed Jessica". As a scintillating performance in the movie took her
career to new heights, it also marked the beginning of a new episode in her
life as Siddharth was the producer of the flick. The wedding was celebrated in Punjabi and South Indian traditions and the
sole person from tinsel town spotted at Vidya's Mehendi was Rekha.
Although
the wedding of Esha Deol and Bharat Takhtani did not grab much media attention,
it ended up being one of the most extravagant occasions of 2012. The wedding
took place on June 29 in South Indian style. Though brothers Sunny and Bobby
Deol gave it a miss, Abhay showed up along with his girlfriend Preeti Desai.
The son
of megastar Chiranjeevi exchanged wedding vows with his childhood sweetheart Upasana
Kaminen on June 14 as per traditional Hindu customs in the presence of their

After the
nuptials of Rani Mukherjee and Aditya
Chopra got postponed due to the sudden demise of Yash Chopra last
December, we believe Bollywood’s most shy couple will finally seal their relationship
after years of courtship this year. Her fans can't wait to hear
the good news of this couple exchange wedding vows.
Although they
rubbish all reports of seeing each other, Uday Chopra and Nargis ‘ Rockstar’
Fakri can be spotted together in ways which makes us speculate they are rather
